    Avis is just fine. We had service contracts for our equipment for several years. There tech's are very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. Approximately a year and a half ago, we did a major upgrade to the HVAC system in our home which included Hippa filters and the like. It was expensive but the system replaced units that were 23 years old and had tremendous energy efficiency rating which reduced our monthly overhead costs by 40%.
