Avoid this business like the plague.
Completely unprofessional and unwilling to live up to any promises or warranty.
The company broke my toilet due to their negligence, blamed it on my plumbing, (other plumbers have since confirmed for me this is their negligence), offered a warranty, refused to honor that warranty, refuses to replace my toilet with anything but the cheapest model, and makes repeated promises that are then broken.
Don't take the risk with these people, not worth it.
Update 01/12/2014:
After a frustrating 2 months of working with this company and with the help of a third party mediator, I'm happy to indicate that All Bay Plumbing has finally delivered a replacement of the same model toilet that they had broken. It's a relief to know that things are finally resolved.
