Renovate pool

$11,000

All of these comments are absolutely true. Michael Evans was hired by me with his company " Palm Harbor Pools LLC" to come and renovate an existing pool. We made a contract and I gave him the benefit of the doubt when he asked for %50 percent up front. I gave him his money and he only worked for a couple of days. Cut into my pools frame to build a swim out which I am learning now is not how you are supposed to build. He packed up his tools and sent me a made up invoice to claim that the money was used for my pool and disappeared. I suggest that if for any reason anyone thinks about doing business with this man, turn around and run as fast as you can. If I could have my way with him he would be in a jail. He is nothing more than a big mouth scammer.

Terrible contractor

Ditto...... Mike loves the sound of his own voice. Promises what he can not deliver. Totally unprofessional. Leaves job unfinished. Walks off job throwing a tantrum when called out. Very sad for his employees who did work hard.

This company is a scam they will take your money first and will never clean your pool. The owner is a fast talker and never delivers what they promise. After they have your money they will never answer yours calls anymore.

Customer Service = 1
Quality of Work = 3
Salesman BS Talk = 5

All SALESMAN TALK before they get paid in full. Likes to rush customer for the money before all the work is completed. FYI... they still haven't completed all the work that they said, that they were going to do that is on the receipt that I paid for in FULL before all the was completed. Customer's "EXCUSE": I've been really busy!
Overall: Wouldn't recommend to others.
