A+ Builders Solutions

Awful. I paid A+ Builders Solutions (Jeremy DeVinney) a down payment of $27,000 to rebuild/build a home. He hired a sub-contractor to demolish the home but didn't pay the sub-contractor, who threatened to put a lien on my property. I paid them nearly $5000 for the work. He also didn't pay an architect $3000 for plan drawings, which I also ended up paying. All he did was knock the house down into my yard and left it that way for nearly 4 months. I'm out over $30,000 with no real work to show for it, and to pay to clean the mess he left. He has done similary things to other customers, and was recently lowered to a F rating by the BBB and is under investigation by the Missouri Attorney General's office. All this can be verified by a google search of Jeremy Devinney and A+ Builders Solutions, and by looking up the complaints on the MO Attorney General's web site.

I paid Jeremy DeVinney and A+ Builders Solutions $27000 deposit to build/rebuild a home. He took the money and did basically little work. He also only paid a subcontractor $720 of over $5000 owed them. I ended up paying them the remaining amount. He never came close to finishing the project and has yet to refund my money. In fact, I paid thousands of dollars to clean up the mess he left - he knocked down the house and left the lumber/debris in my yard for over 4 weeks. He recently was lowered to a F rating by the BBB, and has been featured in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and KMOV TV for doing similar things to several other "customers." Do not use this company.
