I hired Carlos Hernandez from A & C Construction & Remodeling in Celina, TX, to build my personal patio cover in October of 23'. He hired a concrete sub todo flatwork in Feb 24'. He started the patio cover in August 24'. He installed a steels structure that was not square, used inferior material not on the estimate, damaged concrete by not prepping the area and then disappeared again. The excuses continued.. he had a cold, he was stuck doing family business, he was on vacation, he didnt have crew, he equipment broke down Despite the great references and 18 months later, Carlos has abandoned the project with 20% left to complete yet he took 95% of the payment in draws. DO NOT GIVE this crook a down payment! DO NOT consider doing business with this scammer in any way!
