The owner operator, Arthur Alvidrez, ripped me off. He did work without pulling a permit. When PG&E and the county showed up, he disappeared along with my $4000 plus thousands more in supplies purchased. Currently going through the contractor's licensing board and insurance company to see what can be done. He will rip you off if given the chance - beware.
