Marvin Bloom after 3 months and 3 New AC units, persistent Freon leaks, started in Aug and now it is almost Jan. And I don’t have a central AC and can’t afford to get another one because I paid them $4,375.00. Dealt with them for thirty years with no problem. I am 84 years old and can not take the stress.
Going to court is the only solution with this company that hasn’t got a heart or soul.

Horrible experience with this unscrupulous, deceitful company. They lied during a routine maintenance check saying my a/c ducts needed to be replaced due to mold and took a $1,000 deposit immediately. A junior employee came the next day to get a parts list and I showed him the air return vent which their technician told me had mold. The junior employee wiped it off with his hand and told me it was just dust. I obtained a second opinion from another company who said the ducts were fine and did not need replacing. BEWARE of this company! Heather, the owner, did not return any of my phone calls or my money.
