Terrible customer service. No one ever available to speak with when I call nor do the return calls. Took deposit and never delivered. 7 months later with no communications or plan delivery I demanded a refund. Instead 2 weeks later they mailed me incomplete drawings not signed or certified in accordance with the contract and the demanded 1/2 payment claiming they we 1/2 done and if I didn’t pay it they would put a lien against my home. Garbage plans that can not be used to get a building permit and they know that. Everyone at this business is very unprofessional and rude! Richard Matassa Michael Every Lorrey Richard and Jonna Martino all have no communication skills or know what customer service is! Avoid this business! They will take your money, ignore you and never deliver!
I filed complaints with the BBB and after 3 attempts they never answered any calls emails or letters from the BBB!
I then filed a complaint with the Florida Board of Professional Engineers in Tallahassee to have their license investigated.
Stay away from UN Civil Design!!!!!!
