    Complete Geothermal HVAC Installation
    $50,000

    When you find a contractor that returns your call, answers your questions and conducts a site visit prior their proposal being submitted you have a found a good thing. A&D is that contractor. In 2022 we hired A&D to install a horizontal geothermal loop HVAC at our Remer Cabin. A&D was one of three proposals we reviewed. All similarly scoped and priced, but Dean’s proposal demonstrated his and his team’s ability to listen and to understand our unique needs and location. Geothermal has technical elements that need to be understood with expertise, experience and needed subcontractor relations. A&D’s deep local family experience in HVAC and Geothermal won us over and proved to be what was needed for our cabin geothermal. A&D installed our geothermal the Fall of 2022, which included monitoring the drilling of the horizontal lines, installation of a full HVAC in the cabin, including the specialized geothermal heat pump. It is amazing! The system is similar in decibels to our primary home forced air furnace, but the monthly costs is much less. The final cost of the geothermal matched A&D’s original proposal. And then finally, Dean and his team were wonderful to work with and the communication with Dean was timely and responsive to any questions during the project. Overall, just very satisfied with our decision to put geothermal in our cabin and selection of A&D as our contractor.
