I would not do any business with this contractor. I would give them a zero, if it allowed me. They provided an estimate for a railing repair for my front entrance. After a second look they revised the estimate up $600. Then I agreed to the job and asked to move forward. After 2 months they finally called back and said they could work on the project and came to re-measure. Then a few weeks alter they called and told me they would like to start the project based on some downtime and that he specifically stated that "I am not making any money on this as the railing cost higher than I estimated" they set a day up to start the job and then did not show up. No calls or communication. I called them and was told the guys got stuck someplace else and they would reschedule. A week later I called them to see when they were coming back and now have been told they are "Bowing out of the job". So after 3 months and a few visits they cancelled the job because they are not making the expected money off the project because they estimated wrong. Also after raising the project cost once already and me agreeing. I would not call them dependable! Again, do not do any business with this contractor! Never.
