Alex was hired by my apartment building to come fix my ac this guy came from more than an hour away and didnt bring the ac unit he was told to bring its 105 outside and me and my 3 year old and 5 year old are in a 90 degree apartment and when i called alex he said i reschedule to do it in 4 days there was a misunderstanding so i said cant you make an exception and fix it tommorow i have small kids he said nope thanks alex for you customer service
