Beware…A Grade does nothing but scout for the cheapest subcontractor possible to do any work, shoddy at best. This company was hired to do a job for my aunts fire damaged home, and not only did they NOT finish the job after over a year, but they cashed all her insurance companies checks, hundreds of thousands of dollars and left job undone. And have nerve to try to take advantage of an elderly couple, left them with no money and NO house. This company will be your biggest mistake. Jonathan Licciardi is a scam artist, even his own workers agree. He thinks he can continue doing business as a con man, good luck. Hope he feels good about conducting his life scamming people , overcharging left and right, using subpar products and doing subpar work but charging premium pricing. So much of what his company did needed to be redone. The man is a bully. Unethical. Cory the manager is no better, he knows exactly the type of people he is working for. Shame on them. Scam artists.

A grade property restoration is a horrible company jon and christian are nothing but scam artists that will take your entire insurance claim and give you nothing but problems . They hire the cheapest sub contractors and charge for premium materials while giving you bare minimum sloppy repairs that will need to be replaced. As soon as the insurance company sends money it’s gone, they should be in jail for consumer fraud , conflict of interest , falsifying state documents. Such as submitting false materials to state for asbestos so they don’t have to do abatement. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these crooks they pay to get all bad reviews removed as well !
