This is not a review on their work but more of the way they do business. I had reached out to them back in December when i saw that they had listed a house that they were going to build in the knox henderson area. My wife and I met with Fred and Thad and they were very pleasant and were had decided to go with them. A few days after we met they had called me and said that there was a price mistake on the site and that its 30k more. I trusted that was actually true so i agreed, we then made changes to the plan that added some more money (which we figured) and were close to 700k. We said we would take it and shook hands and we were just waiting on them to talk to their bank to proceed. This whole process took about a month and two days before i was supposed to meet with their banker they called again and said we are not going to move forward because it doesn't make "good business sense". What happened was that they saw a lot down the street for sale and figured they could make a quick buck instead of actually building. They now said that the land is worth more, i asked to give me a price and they said there is none. They wasted an entire month, not only that but they really soured us on building or even doing any type of custom work, it was like going from excitement to full blown disappointment in one day. To point to this is that handshakes and verbals mean nothing to them, if your going to do business with them make sure everything is sighed.
