The company sent a guy to give be an evaluation of what was wrong with AC and then he reported back to head guy. They gave me an estimate and then it took 6 weeks for them to actually set appt to fix it. When the guys came to fix it they had to tell me that I needed a new furnace so the evaporator would fit on top in my attic. Plus all my duc work had to be redone... all that was NOT in original estimate given to me. Several thousand more dollars. Very frustrated with that process.However when the guys actually did the work it was good. Just be careful when they give u original estimate... it's a diff guy who doesn't actually install and doesn't foresee all the issues.
