Things first started off really well with Israel. He would answer our calls and showed up when he said he would. When he finally poured the concrete retaining wall for us, he also asked for the rest of the payment. Being that we have had a good experience with him up to this point, we trusted him to come back and finish the job in a timely and professional manner. After paying him the rest of the money, his customer service and attention to detail went out the window. There were several places on the concrete wall that needed attention, including a honeycomb that had formed in the wall that needed to be patched and tinted. It took several weeks, several unanswered phone calls/texts, and several voicemails to finally get a hold of them to come back and finish the touch-up work. On several occasions, he said he would show up, but did not show up. No notification or courtesy calls to say he would not make it. It was only after being forceful with him that he finally came back and finished the work. He also did a very poor job finishing and did not use the same color stain on the patched concrete work, which now is very noticeable and amature looking. We are now having to spend more money and time to fix his mistake.
