The owner or whoever she is is incredibly unprofessional and rude! Home Depot hired them to install our door, and they were incredibly rude to us. They told us they would arrive between 8 am and 10 am, but they didn’t even call to let us know they were on their way. They called us after they arrived at our house, and my husband informed them that he was only 5 minutes away. When my husband arrived, the guys drove off. My husband called them, and they proceeded to leave. The lady then called me, and she had the audacity to raise her voice at me! How rude! Home Depot needs to find a new company because this company’s owner is rude. I’m returning my door and I need my money back. Never again! She needs to find a new job!

Very unprofessional people. They were scheduled to install a door in my house through Home Depot ( another company I didn't know had customer service issues). The date of install they come to my house and tell me they broke my door. Then asks me do I want them to install it. How stupid is that? Why would I want you to install a door you broke ? I said no take it back. I then have to go back and repurchase the door from Home Depot. So the installer calls me to set up a install date. I was asleep as I sleep during the day and work at night. I call her back and she doesn't pick up. I call multiple times to no avail. About a week goes by with no contact other than a return voicemail that tells me nothing. Basically she just said hi. It's Amanda. Returning your call bye. Why not leave a message with available dates or a text message and then I can reply with what works for me? I even text and explain the situation and ask to be texted as I sleep during the day. So don't get any real information for them for about a week after initial voicemail from installer. So Sunday res around and I said let me contact this person to get the install date set. I call the number provided. No answer. So then I go to this website and see the number posted and call it. About the third time calling she picks up ayis immediately rude and condescending. She's going on about how it's disrespectful to call people at their house and they don't work on the weekends bla, bla, bla. So I tried to explain that I'm not trying to inconvenience anyone I just would like to know some info on the situation and what is going on. So we hang up and her husband ( other installer) text me immediately. Going about how I was rude and I need to be more considerate of their personal time. Well stupid of you don't want anyone calling you why did you post your number on the Internet? He then proceeded to tell me in same text that the only date they have available is July 1. WOW. Why couldn't this information have been available in a simple text message or voicemail? Because they care nothing about customers. It's just a paycheck. They don't care who they leave in the dark or not communicate with. As far as they are concerned it seems like it's their world and we just live in it. All of this AFTER I had already paid for the instillation. So they declined my install. I wish I would of read these negative comments about them and I would have declined their service from the vet go.

A and J was contracted by Home Depot for a kitchen door installation. The job was so poorly done that the subsill literally fell out. This was reported to Home Depot. A and J should have warranted their installation. Instead, they blame us for the subsill falling out, and refuse to fix the mistake. If you contract through Home Depot, please make sure they are not using A and J or you will regret it.

This is the worse experience and no professionalism at all. Hired to rebuild my deck. I saw the owner, Jeremy Fister 1 time (months ago) who came out to take my money for materials and never did anything after. Scammed me! Took him to court and he never showed!

I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the level of service your company has provided. I took time off work twice to accommodate your technicians, and both experiences have been completely unacceptable.
During the first appointment, the technician arrived extremely late without any prior notice or communication. When they finally showed up, they brought an incomplete door, stated they would return, and never came back nor did anyone follow up.
For the second appointment, I was told the technician would arrive between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. He arrived at 8:30 AM with no call or text to confirm before his arrival. I politely informed him that I was dropping off my daughter at the school bus stop, just five minutes away and that I would be right back. Despite me staying on the phone with him the entire time and returning promptly within eight minutes, of when he got there I called he still decided to leave.Even when he saw me arriving and I told him I see his vehicle, asked him to stop but still went on8 MUNITE was the wait time the job is a one hour job, it really shows the work ethics of the company techs.This shows a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy.
This entire experience reflects poor time management, zero accountability, and a serious lack of customer service ethics. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to ensure that other customers are aware of how unprofessional and unreliable your company has been.
Your team’s repeated negligence has caused me unnecessary inconvenience, wasted time, and financial loss from missing work. I expect an immediate response and a resolution to this matter.
