May 31st, 2025 1 of our mini splits started leaking. Now its August. Our home warranty gave them authorization long ago, because I called and got it for them. Now we have 4 mini splits leaking. We have pots all over the house, it's 108 degrees and my Husband is going blind. He has macular and you can imagine the safety risk every night with pots in 4 places on the floor. Out home warranty company finally agreed that they were not doing the job. Was only at my house June 2nd....can't call (messages are full or they don't answer). The owner told the home warranty company that he had been here after June 2, 2025, but we have cameras on each of our entrances and our driveway. He was not here. Then after 9 weeks, some guy called me to say the owner had a "family emergency". REALLY! If your an owner, you better have a back up plan because we all have emergencies! If you don't want help...call AJ Mechanical!
