We had a horrible experience. We gave Andre a remodeling project and paid him 85 % of the payment early on because we wanted it finished soon. He promised to deliver in a week but it is not finished four months later. He insists to get paid early and wastes the money and says he does not have money. I have asked around and he apparently does this to many more clients. Do not use him at all. We learned the hard way. We had to take him off the project and pay extra for someone else to have the work finished. We are doing an official complaint against his license.
