After our experience, I strongly suspect the positive reviews for this company on other sites are fake and written by the owners. ALRC repaired our leak, then the very next day, the roof began leaking again just 2 feet away from the initial leak, and major damage to our ceiling occurred at that time. ALRC repaired the newest leak (but not the ceiling) on 7/16 at no charge as they realized the repairs they did the day before were done improperly, then 6 days later, the roof began leaking again in the exact same spot they supposedly repaired. They then stopped responding to my messages about the leak, and the work was warrantied. They had also promised to provide us pictures of the work being done, and they claim they were "accidentally deleted." A new roofer came to repair our roof, and said that the repairs ALRC claim they did were not done. We had to pay another company $975 to repair the roof properly. There other complaints similar to ours on the Better Business Bureau, Angies List, and on YouTube. BUYER BEWARE!!
