Company's website touts "free estimates". When I received my invoice, the owner listed "consultation" services to justify a $6000 bill. Although the project was not an hourly project the owner over-inflated the number of hours spent on the jobsite to justify the exorbitant cost. He showed up with damaged HVAC equipment and then billed extra because he had to make a second trip to the jobsite after ordering a new one. It took him the better part of a week to install a mini-split in an exterior building. When I questioned his i voice, he said, "Sorry Bud, costs have gone through the roof. My Duramax truck is expensive. The current Administration is killing us."
