It started with them neglecting to install our roofs vented ridge cap.
It was clearly written on our estimate that we paid in full. Then we got excuses as to why they didn’t install it, instead of owning up to their mistake. Our roof has been consistently leaking since they installed our roof…they have been out 8 times, so far…it has been an unpleasant experience with this company, and we are still not dry. We think the owner needs to get involved in order to get this rectified, so far, this has not happened.
