Santos Jeremy Michael
I DO NOT recommend Jeremy with A Meticulous Touch. We started the process 7 months ago to add a 1200 sq ft addition to our home. Upon the first meeting (7 months ago) a quote was given for $120k and a timeline of 5 months start to finish. We decided to move forward. Ever since it has been a big headache. Few and far between contacts from Jeremy. We have to contact him to get an update on anything. He promised to come meet with us numerous times and was a no show. Only to call us 3-5 hours after he was to come out saying an excuse. "Oh a person from my church called me." That is unacceptable. In 7 months only two sub contractors were brought out. Both times Jeremy was very unprepared with no documents, measuring tools, nothing. We did manage to complete the building plans but after a ton of excuses as to why he can't find an engineer. A month ago, we were told it is difficult for Jeremy to compete the project under $150k. That is out of our price range but we agreed to continue and find a way to make it work. A few more weeks of no contact and we are now told $180k is the final price. That is $60k OVER BUDGET. We also built an inground pool based upon the completion of the addition. The pool just got poured this week and now we have to contact the pool company to figure out the new screening without the addition. This should never have to happen. Now I have a very depressed Mother who was looking forward to having a mother in law suite. Jeremy did refund us $1,000 but what the hell is that going to do for us. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.
