After a shoddy job about two years ago, we are trying to have their remaining damage repaired via their warranty but, NOBODY SHOWS UP! We've been waiting for nearly 4 weeks, been rescheduled repeatedly (at the last minute) and had two complete no-shows, including yesterday! I get that they are far from us but, they chose to take the job and when you say you're going to be somewhere, BE THERE! Getting beyond fed up with being pushed aside, as if our house doesn't matter, especially considering that they've already collected the money for this job!!!!

After sending someone out 4 times all the outlets still are crappy. Again just ONE example. Wish I could upload pictures here to show you. Nice guys, but dont have the skills to do a good job!!!!!!!!
