I would not recommend ANH Management to no one that works hard and wants a clean Reliable and safe environment to live in. ANH Management are so unorganized and Juan the SuperIntendent stripped the tiles on the hallways at 47 Camden Street on October 2022 and it’s 2023 and the 1st floor hallways are still not finished. No one in this building is on Section 8, All tenants work hard and should have repairs done in a timely matter not take 6 months to a year to finish a repair. Juan is one of the worst SuperIntendents I have encountered. All he does all day is ride around in the white working van. I have pictures for proof.

I reoffered a building owner to ANH Management's owner which they met and agreed that ANH will manage property, we waited more than a month to deliver the agreement. My referral and I have tried to call the company and owner numerous times, left messages, stopped at his office and left messages but he never picks up, never returns our calls, and never answers our messages. When finally, I spoke with him he told me he does not like to do business with people like me, I don't know what that means, I am very respectful lessened professional with a perfect personal and professional records when I asked him what he means by that, didn't reply. Poor Management and Employs, I hope they are not doing that with the public.
