    Pool, spa and fire pits
    $72,000

    I would give this company a zero rating if possible. Alex is unresponsive and once he has your money good luck getting anyone to show up as scheduled or get ahold of him. During construction our backyard was littered with trash on a daily basis with his staff peeing on the side of my house. The work he does is questionable at best and the job never will get done. We have tried calling him and getting our final punch list done for months while he still owes us money. He will lie to the loan company and you on the progress just to get the next check. He has a crew that works hard but their leader is rubbish.
    Still have a list of 15-20 items not completed.

    Run as fast as you can the other direction and don't give him a dime.

    Worst experience ever. I hired them to build a wall. They cut an electrical line that cost me over $6,000 to repair. They should have called dig alert prior to digging but failed to do so and I still have not been reimbursed and they abandoned the job, they left my yard open with no gate, a huge hole in my stucco, and a bill from Edison that I have to pay that exceeds $6,000. They are not taking responsibility and Alex Torres says if I want the work completed pay more. What a joke ...
