By C. M.August 24, 2018Installation of new water pump.
Do not hire this company. Left us hanging without water and had no concern or had any solutions as to rectifying the problem. To date have not heard back from this company. Had to hire a new company to inspect and determine why newly installed pump was not working (plus do not trust this company at this point). Turns out they installed the water pump improperly and it burned out and have to pay to install a new pump!

Professional, friendly service. Job completed in a timely manner with very reasonable pricing. Nice to find a good honest company, would highly recommend.

I chose this company because I like to give my business to small, locally owned companies. A & P's website says that the owner answers the phone. Well neither Allison or Paul Pochatko (the listed owners) answered the phone. Instead when I called on Tuesday morning someone named Cody answered the phone. He was very curt and very gruff but I gave him the benefit of doubt because the company has gotten mostly good reviews. I explained that we have intermittent water pressure, sometimes none. He said he would be out either the next day but most likely not until Thursday. I figured we could limp thru until Thursday. When I called this afternoon (Thursday) he was again very gruff and rude and said, "I said Friday, I never said today." This is not accurate, I know what I heard. When I asked him if there was an office phone he said, "This is the office phone, if no one answers then it rings to me". Again, maybe he's busy and stressed but being rude to a customer isn't the way to run a business. I've looked and looked and there appears to be no way other than to call the phone number that is listed on the website (which rings to Cody) to express my concerns to Allison and Paul so have no recourse but to share my concerns on this website. I hope that Allison and Paul read this review and are able to address it with their employee. I have cancelled this service call (via an answering machine because nobody answered the phone) and am set up with a different company that is much larger and further away, but whose customer service was much better.
