Perry team members consistently respond to clients within 24 hours and generally much much sooner. In our time together you would often call, email, and text the same message making it clear that you valued responsive communication. The lone exception to our usual responsiveness would be an email sent the evening before Thanksgiving to two employees who were unavailable due to vacation and illness. Your note was responded to not on the Monday following the holiday, but Tuesday AM. If you're in business long enough, it's inevitable that you'll come across clients that are impossible to please, which requires release agreements, which is of course, unfortunate. In your call to end our relationship, you said you'd like to 'End on a high note.' Let's do that. You've received your final waiver of lien, as requested. If there's anything else I can do to help make you happy, please let me know. The whole team and I wish you the best. Really. Life is too short to not have a fabulous project experience, a happy home for family & friends, and everything else.

Permits
- Building permit records show that A. Perry Homes has worked on 31 permitted projects.
Initially impressed before I was signed on as a client. Once signed on as a client, poor responsiveness and lack of communication. I ended the architecture agreement, paid fully all outstanding balances within 1 day of receiving the final invoice. I then sent an email to Anthony and Team to request a final waiver of lien. I also posted this and other reviews online to inform future clients of my interactions with this company. Anthony Perry responded to me asking me to take down all online reviews that I posted. He also sent me an intimidating release agreement which he wanted me to sign. The release agreement specified that I cannot post any negative reviews of his company online, cannot give negative statements about company to anyone, say anything negative, etc. See more below. He is refusing to send a final waiver of lien unless I remove my online reviews of his company and sign his release agreement. Why would I sign a release agreement that says A Perry can demand $10,000 or more per each offense of the release agreement. Makes you wonder what kind of company has such a release agreement ready to send to clients. Be careful engaging in business with A Perry Homes. Here is an excerpt of the 3 page release agreement:
“Non Disparage. Owner agrees that they will not, in any communication with any person or entity, including any actual or potential customer, client, investor, vendor, or business partner of Company, or any third-party media outlet, website, or social media site, make any derogatory, disparaging or critical negative statements, orally, written or otherwise, against Company or any of Company’s managers, directors, officers and employees. Nothing herein shall prevent you from testifying truthfully in connection with any litigation, arbitration or administrative proceeding when compelled by subpoena, regulation or court order to do so. Reviews on websites such as Yelp, Google, BBB, Houzz, etc are not to be made.
Liquidated Damages
If either Owner violates the provisions of the Non Disparage clause (Section 4 above), Liquidated damages will be awarded to the Company in the amount of $10,000 for each offense. This amount is automatic and can be increased by any monetary amount awarded to either party by an arbiter or civil action.”
