A+ Plumbing and Rootering Inc Employees
A+ Plumbing works with CHOICE Warranty. The plumber came out and said they did not have the part to fix the water leak and that they would have to order the part. When they contacted me, I was told that I would have to pay $190 for modifications that CHOICE Warranty would not authorize. CHOICE Warranty was correct for not authorizing this request because the fix was a simple replacement job. I refused to pay the $190. A+ Plumbing would not fix the leak. I remembered a Home Service insurance policy that I pay through the gas company. I contacted them. The plumber came out the next day and fixed the leak in 10 minutes and told me that I have a one-year guarantee on this service. I contacted A+ Plumbing asking to be reimbursed the $65.00 service fee that I paid in which they did nothing to fix the leak. That was a week ago and I still have not heard back from them. This entire ordeal does not seem ethical in that they collected money and did nothing. I have also contacted CHOICE Warranty concerning A+ Plumbing's actions. Still hopeful that I will hear from them so that they can right their wrong-collecting money and doing nothing but trying to get additional money out of the customer. Terrible!
