The reason they are "affordable" is they hire people who are anything but professional. I just got done with this contractor Eric, who painted only half my house and told me he's done, and refuses to paint the rest. He doesn't pull work permits so he's highly illegal, and if anything were to happen on your property, you would be at fault for his negligence . I hired him the beginning of April and it took him nearly 2 months, and every job he did, was anything less than professional or even done for that matter. Please don't be stubborn and disregard this review, just google search contractors in your area and find someone who has a better review. I can't allow anyone else to go through this experience, it ended up costed me double and I lost 4+ weeks from rework.
