I had a horrible experience with this company. Javier Vargas talks a good game but doesn’t deliver.
1. He never pulled a permit which I fou d out afterward is REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF TEXAS
2. No inspection was made because no permit was pulled.
3. He told me the unit came with a 2 YR WARRANTY. Never gave it to me.
4. I asked repeatedly for weeks for an itemized receipt to confirm the warranty. All he says is “ok” and blows me off
