This is one of the best flooring contractor i have ever had, They're work was awesome and met all my expectations.

I had a really bad experience with this flooring contractor. They installed new carpets in my house. They treated my house like crap. They worked really quickly, scratched tiles, banged up the trim and installed extra tack strips where there should not have been any extra. The extra tack strips left a bump at each transition into tile. When I called them to ask them to redo the transition areas by removing the extra tack strips they wanted to charge me $200 to fix their mistake. And Hugo was a jerk about it to boot. Find someone else to do your installation. These guys are not worth it.

Installed flooring in our Media and Storage room. No issues. We had a particular carpet for media room and they knew how to install it based on pattern and based on how it was manufactured. Something we didn't even consider.
Install took about two days. We Recommend them.
