I am 56 and purchased a home for the first time in 2013. I had sewer problems a few months ago. There was a process and three plumbers involved (each had their specialty). The one who did the work is Michael Baese with Plumbing Plus. He had to replace all of my sewer pipes in the basement. This required digging a trench in the concrete, digging out the mud, laying the new pipes, getting it inspected, then putting everything back together and pouring the concrete. He also repaired the jacked up plumbing in the toilet and sink in the basement. He did this in three days. On the first day of the job, I came home and didn't think anyone had been here because there was no dirt or concrete on my floors. I went down to the basement to see that he indeed had been here, and other than the dirt that was piled up and the missing concrete to reveal the pipes, there was not a speck of dirt or concrete anywhere. Amazing. He is on his way to reinstall the toilet (concrete needed to set for a few days). I am SO PLEASED and so thankful for what he did. He showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would do, and it looks amazing. THANK YOU MICHAEL BAESE. You are the best. Leanne
