Sam was incredibly patient and detailed as he worked with us to put together a quote for a garage build . The project we had in mind ended up being outside of our budget (and would have been so with any contractor), but we could tell that Sam would have done an excellent job, due to his detailed questions and the way he listened closely to what we wanted. He put a lot of work into developing the quote for us, and if we were going to proceed with the project, we definitely would have gone with him!
