We had two repairs done in 2019: one was to a small leak in a medical building in Larchmont, NY, and the second was to a leak in a bathroom skylight in our home in Mamaroneck. Both leaks were "repaired" by the same person who works for A.R. M. Roofing, on the same day! Several months ago, the repaired skylight started leaking again (less than a year), and recently the leak in the medical building occurred in the same spot! Of course, A.R.M had all kinds of excuses - hurricanes, tornadoes, winds etc. not to STAND BEHIND their work. Shame on them!!! Avoid this company at all costs
