Do not use! Renovation project began in January and completion, by contract, March 31st. Half of the demo completed month to date. Al has been paid 1/2 of the monies and is defaulting on contract. Looks as though we will be suing for breach of contract in an effort to get some of our money back. No communication. Avoids phone calls. Lies and now is a thief.
