I had Shane and Marco of A&S Aquatic Solutions replace several pool solar panels that had worn out over the years and other miscellaneous repairs, I had been satisfied with the work until this last year 2021 when a panel they had installed that was under warranty needed to be replaced. They sent a labor out and he just put a 2x4 block of wood under the top edge to temporarily stop the leak. I told him that wasn't correct way to fix it, but he didn't speak English, it wasn't leaking so how to argue the point. I called Shane about it and he just laughed and told me they would take care of it later. It was the end of summer so I wasn't really to concerned. So in April 2022 this year before we were to start using the pool again I contacted Shane by text and he told they'd get the panel ordered and replaced as soon as possible. Since then I have tried texting and calling Shane and their office numerous times since April. Finally gave up on those guys, won't take the time to even return a text or phone call, very unprofessional. I could not recommend them.
