    Collision repair to living room

    Signed a contract almost 2 years ago. Project is about 10% completed. No one returns my calls and his office in Northglenn is vacant. I fear my house will never get repaired and I'm out $23,000. Nice work Steve!

    Ripped off

    Signed a contract for $30,000 + with Steve Kasza of A-S Construction Services, LLC in Feb. '17 for home repairs. He took $23,000 of my insurance company's money up front with a final payoff due upon completion of the job.
    Now it's July, he put maybe ten hours into the job, and I haven't seen him since. Just one lame excuse after another. My home is still a wreck, the insurance company says Sorry you lost your money, and this guy may have moved to Timbuktu for all I know.

    I have hired A&S to do several jobs on our historic home and they have done exceptional work on every project. The level of craftsmanship from Eric along with oversight from Steve is second to none. My wife and I could NOT be happier with the end results and can't wait to use them for our next project which will be the restoration of the windows on the 100+ years home. We would recommend them to any homeowner who is looking for a general contractor. The communication and customer service was outstanding.
