Wyndee Warren, the owner and sole proprietor of a shade better painting company put homeless people to work on my home. I witnessed her and them huddled inside of their rickety work van passing around what I found out later was marijuana before they began and during every brake they took. By mid day she had taken off leaving these strangers to work unsupervised at my residence here in Tacoma
I took the opportunity to speak with the young man who by now was shirtless with a head full of dreadlocks and he told me he was being paid "under the table" and that he had really never done painting before. Now I can't help but wonder if my home will be safe after this, what with random people having knowledge...intimate knowledge ofdreadlocksmy or YOUR homes. I paid for the services although reluctantly and have hoped for the best. So far so good, no break ins to date, but I still feel the need to pass on my opinions concerning this business. I would rather err on the part of discretion than have something awful befall a good neighbor. Wyndee has been arrogant, argumentative and down right disrespectful to other customers I have spoken with so I would say to do your research and choose carefully before hiring this company...that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
