I have been waiting for a year for Elias to come and fix and repair my concrete floor. What a mess. Will not return calls or texts. Floor is essentially cracking apart and lifting up. He is no where to be found. Please be careful of this company and it’s owner.

I have A LOT to say about the unprofessionalism of the owner Elias, as well as his failure to live up to the expectations he sets when bidding (low) to get the job. (His employees though, mostly his family, are wonderful though). For this site, I will stick to just the quality alone. I had my whole house changed from sealed concrete, to painted concrete through Elias about 3 years ago. There are now multiple areas in my house that are peeling excessively, so that the ground up concrete below is exposed. I've already had him out once to "fix" a problem. He advised that if his "fix" didn't work, then there's nothing he can do more. So there's no sense in calling him out again and dealing with him anymore to fix the problems in my whole house. Either he uses poor/cheap materials, or he is not qualified and educated enough about the products to use them correctly. The $10.5k we gave to him was a total waste of money as we need to have the whole house re-done again. I feel like an idiot for hoping that the cheap bid, wouldn't give me cheap quality. But I was very wrong. I should have bit the bullet and just went with Heritage Bomanite.
