It started with the brick walkway which was sinking and pushing up. Steps on the porch had loose bricks, which was dangerous. They did a very thorough, professional job fou $200 less than the quote given to me by another bidder who said he would schedule me, but then became unavailable. Didn’t call or respond to my texts.
James, the owner offered to repair and repaint the lintel around the front door which had been damaged by woodpeckers. They also power washed the house and deck, repainted trim, gutters, shutters and the deck. They also cleaned the windows. All the individual jobs I was going to have to get done are finished and for a reasonable price. I am very satisfied.
