A while back I had him install replacement windows. I was pleased with his work, and the quality of the replacement windows.
At a later date, the screens needed to be replaced, due to wear. Mr Tuck came by and removed the screens for repair but has not returned the screens to me. This was a year ago. He will not return my calls.

follow up: April 4, 2014. Mr Tuck dropped off my repaired window screens and repair parts. I was without screens for quite a while, cannot recommend this company. .. thanks.
