We had a horrible experience with Andre and ATH Plumbing. He is very careless at work and he cut a pipe in my kitchen without shutting the water supply and flooded our entire unit. He ruined my flooring and personal property and delayed our work for months. His subsequently installed my bathtub and managed to cause a crack in the tub. He then installed our faucet - a brand new expensive satin brass piece from Jaclo. I am not sure what he did but after installation the piece change colors from satin brass to dark gray in color. Upon contacting Alex at ATH plumbing he promised to reinstall the new Faucet which Jaclo was kind enough to send. He demanded a new fee to reinstall the faucet which Jaclo and I agreed. However, when the piece arrived he refused to return to replace the Faucet. He was advised to me because he had high insurance. Now i see why he has a high insurance because of his horrible job and poor customer service.
