By Jeff C.November 4, 2020fix under house, electrical work, cook top installation$15,000
We’ve used both A to Z building and A to Z Flooring services. Both companies operate out of the same building.
Here’s my experience: they do a good job with the basics such as some paint jobs, changing lightbulbs, changing door locks, or hauling trash.
Aldo’s workers do not have a high level of skill and none of them are hourly employees. They show zero pride in their work. On a job they did for us recently, His employee lied about being at the job site. I have pictures of how the job looked the day prior and it was in the exact condition the next day. I was also told that an installation of a hood and cook top were completed but when arrived at the property they were not installed and in the exact same condition as they were the day prior.
Aldo is a nice person and he means well yet he has no sense of ownership for the mistakes that his crew makes.
He made multiple promises to stick to the deadline but made no attempt to have his workers abide to that deadline.
After conducting a thorough inspection once the work was said to be completed, we found that not only were things not completed but some items were not even started.
Unlike other contractors, the fact that you have to babysit Aldo and his crew wastes a lot of time and causes a lot of stress. If you value your time, there are plenty of valuable contractors here

By Sumit S.July 16, 2020Flooring, Painting$25,000
Would not recommend them to anyone. I had purchased a 3500 sq ft home and contracted with them for paint and flooring. The whole project took more than 3 weeks which is way too long. They did a good job for the paint but messed up big time with flooring. The installer Pedro was bad and the lines were curved and edges not lining up properly. They had to call another installer called Noel who cleaned up the mess Pedro had made.

I contracted with AtoZ for the flooring of my house via the recommendation of my realtor. I'm a construction superintendent that deals with interiors and my crews were slammed so I figured I would give them a try. They suck. Niem did not listen and forgot to quote a bathroom starting out with a false low bid. I accepted the cost and we moved on. Seams in the carpet were pronounced, not subdued and it looked hideous in the middle of the large family room. They said they would come back and fix it over two weeks ago and it is not done. They did not install over 100'(@ $4 a foot) and they offered me a refund of $90, seriuosly???? I'll go ahead and take my $400 off the bill myself. I would NEVER use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
