    concrete patio and screens

    He took 37,000.00 for a 12x20 concrete patio and remote screens and never did the job.. He delayed the job stating can't get a concrete truck when the reason is he has no money to pay for the concrete. Even his sub contractors told me he couldn't afford to pay them when they gave him a bid
