DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!! Absolutely the worst service. Going on over year and half getting nothing but lies lies lies. The he owner refuses to call and they go through “managers” constantly. They took $36,000.00 to install hurricane windows and install new fence. Fence was completed well over a year ago and they still have not provided the permit Which they claimed was done. And I have all the correspondence from the managers during the project. This is holding up the process for other home projects. IN ADDITION the fence is coming apart…
I have endless messages confirming all.

I hired A to Z GC, LLC to install impact windows and doors on my property. It was through a program called PACE Florida where they give you a list of Contractors and financial institutions that they have partnered with to provide window and doors and you can get financing through their partners. I choose A to Z and they provided me with Renew financial application which I got approved with. Windows and doors were installed in November 2022. A to Z gets paid directly through the financial institution (Renew Financial). I have been calling A to Z since my windows have been installed because 3 of them do not lock and I have not gotten a call back from them since November. Fast forward to May 10, 2023 I receive a certified mail that I am being sued by the company A to Z received their supplies from. I have no contract with their supplier (ABC Supply CO) but after speaking with ABC Supply CO they advised me it is because A to Z GC never paid for the supplies. I called the financing company Renew Financial and they advised me that payment was sent to A to Z GZ on December 22, 2022. I have attempted to call A to Z GC everyday since May 10th and have not received a call back. I even got the cell number for the General Manager of A to Z and left multiple messages on his cell with no response. ABC Supply Co states that they have been reaching out as well with no resolution. I have also received a letter from the city stating that A to Z GC did not comply and do the last inspection. I am terrified of losing my home over A to Z non compliance.
