A-Z installed my boiler in 2014, and 8 years later, several parts replaced,my boiler had been condemned for usage. After several attempts to contact Mr. Galasso( owner), we must now replace our boiler. The warranty clearly states an 8-12 year replacement of parts, but, only if the installer(Mr. Galasso) submits the claim forms! He's been notified several times, and since haven't responded to our calls. He leaves us no choice. Such disregard as this is unacceptable. Please don't use A-Z Plumbers!!
