    Bulkhead
    $2,000,000

    DON'T HIRE this company or its owner Richard James Whiting. My 80 year old mother and my 100 year old grandfather hired him to build a bulkhead and they not only ruined her property, but charged them $20,000.00. (Please see the pictures attached). My mother now has to hire another company to come in and fix all the damage he did to her property. He did not put the filter cloth in properly and put dirt over a bunch of tires and trash. He also did not join the bulkhead to our neighbor's bulkhead correctly along with several other reasons for the poor construction. It rained last week and ten foot of her property washed away. She has lived there since 1950 and never has she had any erosion until two weeks after he personally oversaw the construction of the bulkhead. He has two complaints filed against his license with the Dept. of Professional Regulations and two judgments against him as well. I am going to file a complaint and sue him in court. His company is located at 5924 COUNTY RD. 209 S.

    pole and cable fence around 700 acres for elephant refuge in Attapulgus, GA

    Robbie Whiting of Top Notch Construction took the last draw $47,500 on a year long fence project and did not complete the project. He refused to complete the project saying the materials were no longer available and he will not return our money.

    Build a barn type out building

    Robbie Whitting of Top Notch Construction built a barn type out building. Months after I paid him in full I received a past due notice from electrical contractor. Called Robbie & he said he would handle it. Then he stopped returning my calls. I had to pay the electrical contractor to keep from being sued & having a lein on my property. NOT FAIR! I do not recommend using this company.
