Valadez construction came out to our job site and gave a quote on what they would do for us and was four days late on when they would start so we pick a new date on the day they would start was supposed to be there at 7 o’clock in the morning and didn’t get to the job site till 11:30 was given $2000 for the first installment had to leave because of some emergency and said they would show up back up at 5 o’clock that afternoon to finish the first phase did not show up at five so they were called and they promised to be there at seven that morning on Saturday did not show up at so they were called and was asked them to give our money back of $2000 dollars Richard Valdez refuse to give money back and then disappeared after looking into his background he has been charged with theft of services in Rockwall Texas So this is not the first time he has done this so please be very careful dealing with this company we are in the process of filing a lawsuit to get our money back

He was very amicable and knowledgeable on the work we needed completed. They showed up and completed the project much faster than anticipated and the work was phenomenal. He has a true work ethic that you do not see much of these days. I will definitely be hiring Richard Valadez and his team again for future projects.
