    They strung me along for months and would only complete minimal work to try to keep me happy. Then they lost the key to my house so they kicked in the back door instead of calling me. It got so bad I decided to cut my losses and move on with another contractor. In my estimation they got away with about 3-5k of my money.

    Do not use a&y for any job big or small. They promise everything and don't deliver. They were late did shoddy work and added on charges after. I had to remove them from the project and am finding tons of mistakes! RUN

    We hired A&Y to do a number of miscellaneous repairs to a house built in 1890. This kind of work requires a high level of skill and attention to detail that A&Y exhibited throughout their repairs. We plan to continue to use them as we repair and upgrade this older home.
