I hired this company to hook up a generator to my home, they sent an electrician to do a survey, provide an estimate and verify what supplies are needed to complete the job. After the survey, the electrician scheduled an appointment to come back after purchasing the supplies. When he came back, he started the job but was not able to finish it because he brought an incompatible interlock switch with my power panel. So, he asked to reschedule it again and he promised to come back with the proper interlock switch to finish the job.
This happened on Sat Dec/31/2022, since then I tried to schedule it twice with no luck, I tried to reach out again, but their company is not responding anymore. Overall, I had a very bad experience and a terrible service from this company, and of course they took the money without finishing their job, and they are not responding anymore.
